17 on this walk, which is about as large as we would want
on each walk
It felt almost chilly as we started the long climb up to
the finca
But we soon warmed up and removed top layer
No one needed a break to reach the abandoned finca
But everyone was ready for a banana break and
water stop
The next section was not as overgrown as we had expected
And we were soon able to enjoy the good track and open
views
We found a majestic picnic spot, but most needed that top
layer again
After lunch is a gentle downhill path
Which often makes some think that the worse is now over
But then we reach the “sting in the tail”
This section looks easy from a distance, but is very steep and quite a challenge
Though some found it easier than others
As always everyone was glad to get to the bar and a cold
drink (or two)
